how well its information systems organization was performing.
Management decided to install an IT Performance Measurement program. |

Approach |

We helped define
technological goals for the organization and used these to select measures
to be reported. Metrics were categorized by IT process, and reports
designed to present metrics in logical and compelling fashion. When
metrics did not exist, new data capture processes were designed and
implemented. |

Over forty IT Performance
Reports were reviewed by the IT Management Committee on a monthly basis.
Decisions made were implemented to improve performance of the IT
organization and ensure goals were met. |
